Our Motto is "Local produce and consumption, sent directly from catchment area", so we have many specialties featuring local fish. We prepare original dishes using local fish and seasonal Sashimi. You can enjoy Whale Sashimi as a Nagasaki special and "Jikasei Namakarasumi"(Raw mullet roe harvested here ), as well ass othrer local cuisine. Please try your fish with Japanese alcohol that you can only get in Nagasaki.
