We prepare cuisine featuringlocal fish and vegetables. You can enjoy seasonal cuisine such as Shabu Shabu of pike congers in summer, and a dish using blowfish in winter. The dishes featuring whale are popular all year round. Fried Devil stringer and Sashimi of prawn are famous, too . We also specialise in "Kakuni"(Stewed Diced pork), which is a Nagasaki specialty. We can add them into "Chef's recommendation course". Please enjoy local Sake and Shochu (Japanese distilled spirits)with these dishes.
